One-Day Workshop: 1 day

Main Topics:

  • How to role-play giving and receiving feedback to colleagues, leaders and clients
  • The differences in what people intended to convey versus what was conveyed
  • How to navigate out of WinLose, LoseWin or LoseLose situations while strengthening the relationship
  • How to be authentic in a compassionate way that creates connection with clients, leaders and team members
  • Participants practice WinWin Conversations in challenging situations. They participate in resolving conflicts and constructively confronting issues that have not been discussed or have been addressed poorly

Results:

  • Participants have the opportunity to rehearse challenging, complex and critical conversations in a safe environment so they can understand the potential pitfalls and create a strategy to overcome these
